Committed to equipping youth with transferable life and employability skills, this partnership, as part of Shell’s ‘Skill4Future’ initiative, reflects their shared vision to enable young individuals to thrive in a dynamic job market. Aligned with India’s evolving job landscape, this programme prepares them for opportunities in key sectors such as retail, logistics, IT, ITeS, banking financial services & insurance Quick Service Restaurants and hospitality.
Intensive Two-Month Programme
Through this partnership, Magic Bus and Shell India offer an intensive two-month skilling programme designed to equip youth with industry-relevant competencies essential for long-term career success. It covers skills such as communication, self-awareness, adaptability, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, collaboration, decision-making, communicative English, basic digital skills, financial literacy, career management, workplace ethics, and future skills with a special emphasis on solar energy.
Graduation of First Batch
As a testament to this impactful collaboration, Magic Bus and Shell India recently celebrated a significant milestone—the graduation of the first batch of 28 youth from the skilling programme in Taloja. The event was graced by Honourable Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA), Mr. Prashant Thakur, who felicitated the graduates alongside representatives from Magic Bus India Foundation and Shell India.
