Kumod Kumar is a highly accomplished media professional with over two decades of experience working with top-tier media houses. He holds a management degree, an LLB from Magadh University, and a diploma in media. Currently, he serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at the Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna, where he heads the CSR activities, including “Beautiful Minds” for providing free education to slum children and “Student Guidance Center” for offering free coaching to SC and ST students.
In addition, Kumod is a member of the committee responsible for curriculum and syllabus development for several undergraduate programs in management at IIT Patna. He also sits on the advisory council for the mass communication department at Patna Women’s College and serves as a non-executive director at TIH-IIT Patna.
Moreover, Kumod is the Chief Executive Officer of the CIMP Business Incubation & Innovation Foundation, which is Bihar’s leading startup incubator. He played a key role in establishing B-HUB, which is supported by the Department of Industry (Govt. of Bihar) and serves on the Startup Selection Committee constituted by the same department.
Kumod has also co-authored a book on CSR with Rusen Kumar, the Founder of India CSR, titled “How to Do Due Diligence of an NGO for CSR.” Additionally, he has edited a book on CSR called “Corporate Social Responsibility: Inclusive Growth and Development.”
