New Delhi: India’s leading stainless steel manufacturer, Jindal Stainless, has announced the appointment of Sushil Baveja as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role, Baveja will be responsible for driving the company’s people strategy, enhancing its workplace culture, strengthening talent management, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Experienced HR Professional
Baveja brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having worked with leading Indian and multinational companies such as DCM Shriram, Alcatel, Cadbury India, and Gillette India. He is an alumnus of the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad and has completed the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program in Human Resources Strategy at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
