Weddings have now become the trendsetters of fashion and have gained immense popularity from social media. From Bollywood actors to influencers, everyone has evolved their looks for their respective functions. Weddings have turned into a ritual to go grand and glamorous.

2024 has brought fairly new and fresh ideas into the grooming of mens Indian wedding attire. From experiments on the table to ground-breaking elegance, every look had its refinement. Therefore, it is important to chase the same glamorous aura and set some amazing styles for 2025.

In this blog, we will call for some amazing styles in men’s Indian wedding clothes that a groom or his groomsmen can wear.

1. Outfit Ideas for Indian Weddings in 2025: Men’s Edition

The wedding season for 2025 needs some extra styling. Here are a few outfit ideas for weddings that can be explored.

Indo-Western Outfits in Velvet

Many fabrics have now started as a comeback and are being loved and rejoiced by many. Velvet is a rich fabric, and choosing a velvet-based Indian wedding dress for men can be a bold and fashionable choice. One can make a sherwani out of velvet fabric or a jacket that tops over a plain silhouette.

Velvet is a fabric that can be embroidered, and therefore, staple wedding colors such as silver, golden, and bronze can be used to elevate the look. It will provide a refined and elegant look, which will be a great pick for functions like a cocktail party or reception look.

Dhoti as a Trendsetter

Dhoti has evolved through so many years and has taken the top seat in traditional wear. We all love the dhoti as an ethnic garment, and it shall always be the best trendsetter for any mens Indian wedding attire. With the love towards dhoti, they are now available as pre-stitched or completely stitched making them easy to wear at any function.

Sherwani with Modern Elements

Sherwani is like sarre, a timeless, trendy piece that will forever find its designated place in weddings for men. These are basic clothes that can be worn with accessories and an extravagant jacket, and can be designed according to men’s preferences.

Sherwani comes in all types, from symmetrical to long and straight fit, and further in colors that match the bride’s lehenga. Choosing the right shade of sherwani that matches the wedding look can be an excellent choice and also groom the outfit look and make it a classic piece.

Gentlemen Bandhgala Suits

Men look absolutely dashing in bandhgalas and for 2025, bandhgala can be one of the best Indian wedding dresses for men. The bandhgalas make Indian men look sophisticated and add a modern twist to their attire. One can choose bold fabrics that keep them traditional. With elements such as a broach, pocket square, and matching shoes, the look will fit all functions.

Bandgala can be made in fabrics such as velvet, brocade and jacquard with bottoms that well-suit in contrast. The outfit will scream eliteness and fit well as a trendy outfit.

Jodhpuri Printed Suits

Jodhpuri suits have pioneered elegance in men’s clothing and to wear a printed jodhpuri suit will add elements of weddings to clothing. Jodhupuri in men’s Indian wedding clothes will add structure to the outfit. Choosing unconventional prints and matching them with pastel colors can add a twist to a classic piece. These suits blend perfectly with a leather pair making it an effortless look to any party.

Co-Ordinated Outfits

Choosing coordinated looks with groomsmen is a great option for making the wedding feel inclusive. The groom group will shine in one fabric piece, one color and complement the monotone set for the function. The groom and groomsman can choose a monochrome look for any one function, like mehendi or sangeet night, and set a statement. You can add a pair of dashing sunglasses for a day’s event and a pocket square for a night function.

Accessories that Flatter

Outfits are incomplete and look imperfect without accessories. Adding malas, long-layer necklaces, and brooches to the outfit adds life to them. Accessories also help in bringing a pop of color to your attire. One can choose a monochromatic look and elevate it by matching an emerald or ruby necklace and popping a dash of colors to it. Most importantly it is important to keep them balanced and not let them prevail over the outfit.

Indian weddings are the best places to showcase all the glamour and go a little extra in styling yourself. And if you are getting married in 2025, these outfit ideas will surely help you in choosing an outfit that is traditional with a modern twist.

Step into your wedding as a trendsetter and let your outfit do the talking!
