NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), established under the corporate affairs ministry that provides various services, especially implementation of provisions in the Companies Act. will have its new Director General (DG) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). IICA works on measures to improve the corporate growth and regulation, among others.
Presently, IICA is being headed by Director General & CEO – Dr Bhaskar Chatterjee.
Ministry of Corporate Affairs is inviting applications for the post of Director General (DG) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at IICA located in Manesar, Gurgaon. 11 July is the last date for applying for the post. Experience in Corporate Affairs or in managing of Academic Institution of repute may apply for the post.
The appointment would be for five years or till the person completes 65 years of age, whichever is earlier, according to a public announcement.
As per the notification available in the IICA website, candidates should have a master’s degree with at least 15 years of experience in managerial and administrative capacity in government.
