Home Loan Rejection: जानें 750+ क्रेडिट स्कोर के बावजूद लोन अस्वीकार होने के 6 प्रमुख कारण

अच्छा क्रेडिट स्कोर होने के बाद भी लोन रिजेक्ट होने के पीछे कई कारण हो सकते हैं। सही जानकारी से बनाएं अपना आवेदन सफल।

Home Loan Rejection: क्रेडिट स्कोर (Credit Score) आपकी लोन और क्रेडिट कार्ड लेने की योग्यता का एक महत्वपूर्ण संकेतक है। आमतौर पर 750 या उससे अधिक का क्रेडिट स्कोर अच्छा माना जाता है, लेकिन कई बार इसके बावजूद भी आपकी लोन एप्लिकेशन रिजेक्ट (Loan Application Rejected) हो जाती है। यह जानना जरूरी है कि ऐसा क्यों होता है और किन कारणों से आपकी एप्लिकेशन अस्वीकार हो सकती है।

1. शहर का चुनाव

कुछ बैंक और वित्तीय संस्थाएं अपनी सेवाएं केवल चुनिंदा शहरों में ही देती हैं।
