NEW DELHI (India CSR): Ganesh Consumer Products Limited (formerly known as Ganesh Grains Limited) reported its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company significantly exceeded its mandatory CSR obligation for the year.
CSR Spending: Required vs. Actual
The total CSR obligation required for the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25, calculated as two percent of the average net profit of the company as per Section 135(5) of the Companies Act, was Rs. 73.14 Lakhs.
However, the CSR expenditure incurred by Ganesh Consumer Products Limited during FY 2024-25 totaled Rs. 143.14 Lakhs.
