Manager – CSR (South)
The position is based in Bangalore/Chennai with frequent field visits to the project areas. The incumbent will be mainly responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring local area needs and national needs and thematic focus. The position demands coordination and linkages with multiple stakeholders in multiple geographies to facilitate project implementation. He/She will be reporting to Department Head – Sr. Vice President – Head-CSR.
- Fluency in Kannada/Tamil/Telugu is a must.
- No. of years of relevant experience: 5 to 10 years.
- MSW/MBA with specialization in social or community development.
Purpose of the Job
Conceptualize and implement the CSR programs of Fullerton India in the South region, brand awareness and Goodwill creation for Fullerton India through CSR, effective CSR Budget Utilization, monitoring, Impact assessment & Documentation, employee engagement, Describe the KPIs against each perspective, Brand awareness, and Goodwill creation – Creating goodwill for the brand amongst the community work through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives including the emergency aid services on calamities.
Setting the benchmark for each CSR delivery in the south region, with on-ground coordination, designing frameworks for effective monitoring of CSR projects in the south region, communication with internal stakeholders for PR regarding the CSR implementation in the south region, effective CSR Budget Utilization, Sector-wise CSR budget allocation as per the Fullerton India CSR policy, Sector-wise identification of credible CSR partners through meticulous due diligence processes and ensuring effective utilization of the CSR budget.
Monitoring, Impact assessment & Documentation, overseeing performance review & stakeholder management, Capturing CSR impact both qualitative and quantitative for the programs through project visits, MIS and third-party audits in selected projects, Tracking & recording regular reports for each CSR project along with partner organizations, introduce administrative procedures to meet objectives set by the board of directors or senior management, employee Engagement – Ensuring employee engagement at all stages of the CSR, project which include planning, implementation, monitoring as well as impact assessment.

Purpose of the Job
Identifying different frameworks and developing, implementing, monitoring organisational ESG management systems, Developing and stewarding a robust suite of ESG management systems in line with international standards and guidelines, Conceptualize and implementing the CSR programs of Fullerton India as per the policy, Volunteering opportunities, Identify different frameworks and developing, implement, monitoring organisational ESG management systems, Provide expert knowledge in Sustainable practices, ESG, and future trends within ESG/Sustainability impacting FS and other sectors, Strategy mapping for ESG & SDG Goals, SG risk assessment, audits, developing and delivering ESG related training, Develop and steward a robust suite of ESG management systems in line with international standards and guidelines.
Driving the education, communication and implementation of the ESG management system. Review corporate activities and ensure compliance with ESG Policies, Management Plans and Procedures. ESG frameworks, rating mechanisms, ESG due diligence, different non-financial / sustainability reporting frameworks, climate change, responsible supply-chain, ESG rating, EHS and social regulations in India, Oversee performance review & stakeholder management. Capturing CSR impact both qualitative and quantitative for the programs through project visits, MIS and third party audits in selected projects.
Introduce administrative procedures to meet objectives set by the board of directors or senior management, Employee Engagement and drive Employee volunteering opportunities, Lead the Employee Volunteering and engagement initiatives, Plan newer projects, engagement ideas and opportunities for corporate employees.
Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge
Experience in ESG strategy development & Sustainability reporting, Knowledge of various reporting standards- UNPRI, SASB, TCFD, GRI, etc., Hands-on project delivery experience; ESG/sustainability consulting experience preferable, Handled and lead Employee volunteering projects in a large Organisation, Understanding of CSR scenario and practices in India
