CSR initiative aims to empower youth with employability and digital skills
PUNE (India CSR): Fidel Softech Ltd., a leading provider of IT services, technology solutions, consulting, and language services, has launched a Free Mobile Repairing and Employability Training Program in Pune. The initiative, supported under the company’s CSR activities, was inaugurated at the Green Tech Lab of Pune Vidyarthi Griha in collaboration with Aspire Knowledge and Skills.
Empowering Youth Through Skill Development
The program aims to enhance employability among students by providing hands-on training in mobile repairing, device maintenance, and essential digital skills. The launch event witnessed the presence of prominent personalities, including Dr. Deepak Shikarpur, renowned computer expert and founder of Shikarpur Social Foundation; Prachi Kulkarni, Managing Director of Fidel Softech Ltd.; Dr. Sanjay Gandhi, Chairman of Aspire Knowledge and Skills; and senior representatives of Pune Vidyarthi Griha — Sunil Redekar, Mr. Rajendra Kaduskar, and Treasurer Mr. Krishnaji Kulkarni.
Employability Skills: Essential for the 21st Century
Speaking at the event, Dr. Deepak Shikarpur highlighted the importance of digital-era skills.
He said, “Employability skills are extremely important in the 21st century. If the students of Vidyarthi Griha successfully complete training in digital device maintenance and networking, they will get excellent career opportunities, become self-reliant or even start their own business. Acquiring various skills based on academic qualifications will help them contribute to nation-building.”

Emphasizing the company’s role in youth development, Prachi Kulkarni, Managing Director, noted that the initiative has been financially supported under the CSR framework of Fidel Softech.
She said, “This initiative has been financially supported under the CSR activities of Fidel Softech to provide youth with skill development and employment opportunities.”
Kulkarni also shared motivational insights on careers in the rapidly expanding digital skill economy, encouraging students to utilize this opportunity to build strong professional futures.
Industry-Based Skills and National Reach
Dr. Sanjay Gandhi, Chairman of Aspire Knowledge and Skills, underscored the organization’s national leadership in employability training.
He said, “Aspire Knowledge and Skills is a leading organization in industry-based skill development and is currently functioning at a national level. The organization has signed more than 150 Academic MoUs and has trained students in employability and advanced skills, providing employment to over fifty thousand youth.”

Dr. Sunil Redekar of Pune Vidyarthi Griha provided insights into the institute’s ongoing efforts to support economically and socially disadvantaged students.
