We all have some dreams. It may be buying a new house or getting a job in an MNC or buying a new bike or a car. Before buying anything, we scroll for a long time to get a budget-friendly and something which fits our personality. If you are looking for a new car, you can give this article a read. I will be discussing the best-selling SUV of Suzuki. Suzuki has a diverse range of collection. The most popular and best-selling cars we frequently see on the road are Suzuki Vitara and Suzuki Ertiga among many.

Ertiga has a reputation for being economical and its space. A small family of 7 easily gets into this car. We are in the second generation of Suzuki Ertiga which comes with GA, GL, GX variants.

Key features of Suzuki Ertiga

  • With an affordable price, you get a stylish and luxurious designed car.
  • Highly powerful engine with fuel efficiency.
  • Ertiga’s new model is accommodating, easy to drive with safety features.
  • Prices start from 7.59 lakhs and go up to 10.13 lakhs.
  • Charging socket for smartphone is in minimal size.
  • With only 2 headrests, the car doesn’t have an ECO indicator.

Due to its overall design, Vitara is known for its performance. Today, Vitara is making its root stronger among other Suzuki cars.

Key features of Suzuki Vitara

  • Its light control makes the car easy to drive
  • Maruti has a vast service network. So, buyers don’t need to stress when they facing issues with their car.
  • Prices start from 7.34 lakhs and go up to 11.41 lakhs.
  • After 2500 rpm, petrol motor gets noisy.
  • Value for money and good performance.
  • The slow low-speed ride could be better.

Specification and info

Suzuki Ertiga

It uses an inline-4 DOHC VVT engine with the capacity of 1462 which produces 102 HP @6000rpm. It has a smooth and efficient power distribution character but lacks lighting acceleration. With its 7-seat space, the steering wheel might have negative feedback but Electronic power steering can overlap that negative feedback and make it easier for you to drive smoothly. When it comes to fuel consumption, Ertiga makes you proud with its 12.3 km/litre and an average speed of 17 km/hour service in the city. As we come out on the road, we have to think about our safety. Ertiga is equipped with Anti-lock braking system and Electronic brake system which make this car more alluring than others. Apart from this, the car comes with a new feature, “Heartect” which makes your car safer in the accident.

Suzuki Vitara

Maruti Suzuki’s compact SUV car, Vitara is under 4m length. It features with a slim headlamp, fog lamps, LEDs and DRLs. Its side profile looks stunning with dual-tone which you get at the top-end variant. The interior portion is equipped with infotainment and AC vents. The cabin space has a lot of storage. Some features may demotivate you because it misses certain characteristics like the seats are not good enough, leather-covered steering and bi-xenon headlamps are more valuable than Baleno and the build quality is cheaper than EcoSport. Vitara is powered by 1.3L DDiS diesel engine which is fuel-efficient as well. It’s a 5-seater car.

The Bottom Line

So, which are you going to buy – Suzuki Ertiga or Suzuki Vitara? Both have some merits and demerits. With budget-friendly option in both, Ertiga is ahead of Vitara. Both are considered as best- selling cars. So, choose according to your necessities.
