The Dialogues’ 18 CINQUE, commenced on 15th of March and witnessed its closing ceremony on 18th of March. Held, at the majestic former palace, the Taj Falaknuma Palace Hotel, of the Nizam of The City of Pearls, Hyderabad, the March Edition of Dialogues’18, CINQUE was attended by 16 principal product companies, R K Marble, being one of them.
On how important the interaction with other product companies is for R K Marble, Gupta responds, “Building is a sequential process with vast, eclectic varieties of products harmoniously lending the final project. Our products are preferred by a majority of leading architects of the country and beyond. There are, undeniably, other products involved, out there. The categorisation of the quality of any product, let’s say natural stone, is a successively layered ladder with one better product on a higher rung than the other. Every product used in designing and building has this ladder of quality. But, again, it’s the application of a specific product, that decides its worth and in this manner no product could be good or bad.Architects have a fine-scale knowledge of this. Meeting top-notch architects and getting to know why a certain product is preferred over the others and what specific characteristics they look for in natural stone, subject to its usage, is an enriching and educational experience. It superstructs our knowledge of our products from the perspective of our consumers and customers.”
Applauding the innovations in the design world by Indian designers was the event SPADE, which show cased 25 unique designs and is a consistent initiative that strives to create signature products across the country. The learning curve that this has been for R K Marble is expressed by Gupta as, “Fundamentally, learning is the idea we uphold dearly. Lack of learning is a growth inhibitor and motivation shredder.
