This support will help launch Project LearnAbled, an upskilling and employment training program designed to equip People with Disabilities (PwDs) with industry-relevant skills— including AI—and bridge gaps in education and job opportunities.
Accessible Learning Environment
LearnAbled provides a fully accessible training environment, preparing PwDs for in-demand roles and connecting them with corporate hiring partners. The initiative also engages industry leaders and hiring managers to help create workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and succeed.
Comprehensive Skill Training
The program includes both technical and non-technical training, covering AI and Robotics, Data Structures and Algorithms, Business Analysis with Advanced Excel, and Employability Foundations with English Communication. By equipping participants with job-ready expertise and workplace skills, LearnAbled helps ensure that more people can thrive in the AI-driven economy.

Structured Learning Model

To enhance employability, the program includes regular assessments, soft skills development, and personalized placement support, connecting participants with corporate hiring partners and facilitating meaningful career opportunities.
