KOCHI: Muthoot Finance Ltd., India’s largest gold loan NBFC, as part of its CSR initiative, donated an ambulance to the Indira Gandhi Co-operative Hospital (IGCH), Kadavanthra.
Muthoot Finance Ltd. donated the ambulance to IGCH on September 24th, 2021 as part of their CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility effort to improve the transport and care of patients that require palliative care.
CSR donations to other states
George M. George, Executive Director, Muthoot Finance said, “The core objective of Muthoot Finance CSR projects and donations is to protect and help the members of our society. We will expand such CSR donations to other states in the upcoming months.”

The RC Book of the Ambulance was handed over by T. J. Vinod, MLA, Ernakulam.
Renowned Oncologist Dr. V. P. Gangadharan flagged off the Ambulance, during the function organized at Indira Gandhi Co-operative Hospital (IGCH), Kadavanthra.
Ajay Tharayil, Secretary IGCH, Babu John Malayil, CSR Head, Muthoot Finance Ltd., Kuriakose Anthony, President, Rotary Club of Cochin East were also present in the function.
