By Jagdeep Kaur

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is becoming the most dynamic and important subject among the corporates as being just innovative is not driving businesses today. What is feeding the reputation is how well you are performing your responsibilities towards your stakeholders?

Businesses require strategy and practice to implement CSR at its core. They need promotion of ethics in their culture so as to build upon the connect with the stakeholders leading to sustainability. Though many companies have started working on CSR and have adopted it as well yet it is in its infancy and the numbers are few in this list. The brightest feature explored with the revolutionary CSR is that at least companies have starting talking about it and it has now become an agenda and a topic of discussion in the board rooms. So undoubtedly these meetings shall yield result in a positive direction, though a bit slow.

Every organization small or big is now realizing the need for right management principles that can move the Corporate towards the achievement of stakeholder expectation. Though the realization has crept in yet its achievement can never be a destination as CSR is always a journey. CSR is all about working with and for the stakeholders, who are none other than the customers, employees, business partners, investors, environment and society at large. To fulfill expectations of such a big segment requires turnaround strategies, daunting leadership, rigorous training, and a feasible organizational platform to put the theory into practice. The mind is already racing, the direction is chosen, only gap remaining is how do we do that?

Jagdeep KaurHR Globe Consulting understands that it is always the first step which is to be taken rest all things fall in place. For that reason HR Globe Consulting has started helping corporate in deploying their intention into action. Our company works on behalf of them to cater to this noble cause of corporate social responsibility and try to mingle our efforts in streamlining activities within their organization.
