FARIDABAD: HMD Foundation, the CSR arm of Hindustan Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd, has taken a pioneering step towards healthcare equality. They’ve donated an iLAB unit, a mobile testing laboratory, to Amrita Hospital, Faridabad. This initiative, part of the ‘Rural & Societal Outreach Health Program’, aims to bridge healthcare gaps in Faridabad and neighboring areas.
The state-of-the-art iLAB unit, developed by Andhra Med Tech Zone (AMTZ), offers general check-ups, routine OPD testing, and blood sample collection. This mobile health innovation, backed by HMD’s generous funding, promises to bring quality healthcare to the doorsteps of over a million people in the region.
