ASSOCHAM SOUTHERN Region office organized the CSR and NGO Awards to recognize the Corporates, Institutions, and NGO’s towards the COVID-19 activities in the State of Karnataka on the 14th October 2020. This the event was organized in the partnership with DCTE – Govt of Karnataka, SAP India, Smile Foundation and STEM Learning.
Speaking on this occasion, The Karnataka ASSOCHAM State Head, B V Naidu said that the award’s objective is to acknowledge, motivate and incentivize corporate members and non-profits to contribute towards social and environmental goals and look at the CSR mandate as an opportunity to move towards strategic social impact, rather than onerous compliance.
Many CSR Leaders, Non-profits, civil society, and the Government officials have attended this event and shared how they are making a difference in people’s lives in the State of Karnataka.
