On the beginning of the new year 2026, our dear friend ShriAjitbhaiRamanlal Shah received the Lifetime Achievement Award at a grand ceremony organized by the Ahmedabad Advertising Welfare Circle Association (AACA) at the YMCA Club in Ahmedabad. It was as if he received the prestige of a lifetime of work in the business field.
Ajitbhai was originally a staunch nationalist. His father Ramanlal Shah was a big name in nationalism, Hindutva, RSS, etc. He did a lot of foundational work in the spread of nationalist activities in Gujarat.
Born on November 16, 1956, Ajitbhai studied in Ahmedabad. In his career spanning nearly four decades, he made fundamental contributions in marketing communication and content management. Newspapers, radio, television, digital..there is not a single segment of media in which he has not worked. He is a social worker at heart. He is actively associated with many social, national and religious activity organizations.
Ajit Ad is an advertising agency running under his name, which is included in the top ranking ad agencies of Gujarat. This agency has done significant work for about 800 clients. He has been working with equal success in all types of promotions, publicity.
Ajit Ad’s sister organization Het Graphics was established in the year 2000 and has also gained immense fame. Both Ajit Ad and Het Graphics have the same background, but different roles.
He has also studied B.Com and Advertising.
Apart from the advertising business, he has also worked successfully in businesses like education and real estate.
Many people may not know about an organization called Bharat VikasParishad. This organization does many types of humanitarian and service activities. It has more than 1500 branches in India and more than 60,000 families are associated with it. He was the National Vice President of this organization. He is a trustee of the Gujarat branch.
Thus, he is a Shwetambar Jain, but he has had a big and active role in the RSS. There is an organization called Hindu Spiritual and Service Foundation in Gujarat, of which he is also the Vice President. He is the former President of the Ahmedabad Advertising Circle Association.
So, he is associated with many organizations. When Uttarayan (MakarSansakranti) is near, I have to talk about Jivadaya Charitable Trust in particular. He and his son are very active in this organization. Apart from this, he is also a trustee in many organizations.
Ajitbhai’s heart is a humanitarian and nationalist. His passion is social service. It is true that every person must do business for his family and his family, Ajitbhai has succeeded in that, but he has also inherited his family’s legacy of service. Now, by handing over everything to his sons, he gives maximum time to the nation and society.
Often, when I go to drink tea and talk with him, I see and feel the horizon of his thoughts. I am happy. We think that Ajitbhai must be busy only in his professional and some limited activities, but it is not so. His reading is also very good.
When I went to gift my books from the Positive Story series, he surprisingly took me to see the library of his office and showed me that he had already bought and kept these books of mine there. He does not go out for special public programs, but he came to the launch of one of my books of Positive Story in Parimal Garden. Even though we got a new office, he came to drink tea and wish me well.
Keep helping to ensure that positive story books reach the maximum number of people in the society. If someone has died, insist on giving these books as gifts in the sitting.

When you have to handle key responsibilities in different organizations, you should be ready to do something new and creative in that organization, you should be adept at working with the members of the organization. In meetings, instead of criticizing or criticizing, you should focus on the work itself. I have seen these scenes in the Bharat VikasParishad.
Another thing I like about him is that he always accepts the new air, the new generation, and new ideas. Although he has crossed sixty years of age, he likes new ideas very much, discusses them and implements them. He knows that the old is as much gold as the new is as much diamond.
It is often said that it is relatively difficult to sustain the advertising business in the era of social media. Earlier, agencies were indispensable, then they became essential, but now clients use various media channels to spread their message in their own way. Even in such an environment, the activism and commitment that Ahmedabad Advertising Circle has shown is a great thing. Even when Ajitbhai was the president of this organization, he organized some memorable programs.
I feel that the Ahmedabad Advertising Welfare Circle Association (AACA) has done a great job by honoring Ajitbhai with the Lifetime Achievement Award, because I myself have been associated with the media in Ahmedabad in various ways for almost 35 years and have been watching Ajitbhai Shah’s work closely for years.
I congratulate him for this award and pray to the Almighty God to grant him eternal life.
