NEW DELHI/HANUMANGARH (India CSR): In a powerful celebration of courage, leadership, and national pride, Good Day Defence School, Hanumangarh, proudly saluted its esteemed Mentor, Param Vir Chakra (PVC) awardee Captain Yogendra Singh Yadav, on his distinguished presence at the 77th Republic Day Parade at Kartavya Path, New Delhi.

The Republic Day Parade, one of India’s most iconic national events, symbolizes the strength and democratic spirit of the nation. This year’s celebrations held special significance for this premier Sainik School in Rajasthan, as their mentor—a living embodiment of valor—was honored among the country’s most revered heroes.

A Mentor Who Leads by Example

Captain Yogendra Singh Yadav, India’s youngest recipient of the Param Vir Chakra, serves as a guiding force at Good Day Defence School. As a leading Sainik School in Hanumangarh, the institution integrates his life story and leadership philosophy into its core training approach.

As a mentor, Captain Yadav actively inspires students to pursue excellence with discipline and integrity—qualities essential for any defence school in Rajasthan. His association with the school goes beyond ceremonial recognition, serving as a constant reminder that true leadership is forged through resilience and unwavering commitment to the nation.

“Captain Yogendra Singh Yadav is not only a national hero but a mentor who shapes the character of our students. His presence motivates young minds to dream bigger and place service above self,” said representatives of Good Day Defence School, Hanumangarh.

A Legacy of Unmatched Bravery

Born in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, Captain Yadav joined the Indian Army at a young age and served in the elite 18 Grenadiers. During the Kargil War of 1999, at just 19 years old, he displayed extraordinary courage during the assault on Tiger Hill. Despite sustaining multiple injuries, he successfully neutralized enemy positions, earning the Param Vir Chakra, India’s highest military decoration for gallantry.

Inspiring the Next Generation of Defence Leaders

At Good Day Defence School, Captain Yadav’s mentorship plays a crucial role for students aspiring to join the Armed Forces. His real-life experiences provide invaluable lessons in decision-making under pressure and mental toughness—skills essential for future officers training at this top Sainik School in Rajasthan.

Cadets undergoing defence-oriented training in Hanumangarh draw daily motivation from his journey, viewing his life as proof that determination can overcome any challenge.

About Good Day Defence School

Good Day Defence School is a premier institution in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, committed to delivering holistic education with a focus on defence preparedness and character building. By combining academic excellence with mentorship from national heroes like Captain Yogendra Singh Yadav, it stands as a top choice for those seeking a Sainik School in Rajasthan.
