Shillong: It has reported that as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the National Building Construction Corporation Ltd. (NBCC) is all set to invest a total of Rs. 2.35 crore for the construction of the Community Health Centre (CHC) building at Seyochung Sub-Division under the Kiphire District, an Aspiration District.
In a press note, EAC Seyochung Moasunep K. Jingru also informed that the company will also provide an X-Ray machine, Ultra Sound, ECG, USG machine, etc. and a BSL ambulance in the second phase. With the execution of the project, CHC Seyochung will be one of the most well-equipped Health Center in the whole of Nagaland and Northeast, it said.
NBCC team from Shillong led by DGM Zuchi Humtsoe along with EAC Moasunep K. Jingru verified the site on November 11, 2022, to start execution of the project and to be completed before the end of this financial year.
The company is committed to building such health facilities in one of the most isolated and remotest parts of the country to ensure the effectiveness of CSR implementation.
