GREATER NOIDA: Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida and National Centre for Management of Agricultural Extension (MANAGE), Hyderabad (an autonomous organisation of Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India) are jointly organising a two-day workshop on CSR for Agricultural Development at MANAGE Campus, Hyderabad on November 19-20, 2018.
The objective of the workshop is to provide space to CSR executives of PSUs & companies, academia and professionals for exploring possibilities for leveraging CSR funds for agricultural development.
This has been necessitated as during last four years after the enactment of Companies Act, 2013, making CSR expenditure mandatory, fund flow to agriculture sector is marginal.
