BENGALURU (India CSR): Digital transformation solutions company UST has set up a Digital Learning Hub at Sainik School Kazhakoottam, Thiruvananthapuram, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. The company donated as many as 40 desktop computers, UPS, and furniture needed for the new Digital Learning Hub at the school.
The desktop computers and peripherals, lab furniture, UPS and other infrastructure for the Digital Learning Hub were handed over to the school at a function attended by Colonel Dhirendra Kumar, Principal, Sainik School Kazhakoottam; Wing Commander Raj Kumar, Vice Principal; Commander Sarin P M, Administrative Officer; Arun Kumar G, PGT Comp Science; and Ashok Kumar, TGT Comp Science.

The UST team was led by Sunil Balakrishnan, Chief Values Officer; and comprised Harikrishnan Mohankumar Jayasree, Senior Director – Workplace Management and Operations; Roshni Das K, Lead, PR & Marketing – Kerala; Vineeth Mohanan, CSR Lead; Satheesh Sasidharan, Jayesh Janardhanan, Workplace Management – UST and CSR volunteers Nand Sundaram and Akhil Radhakrishnan.
“UST has been undertaking various programmes in an effort to boost the quality of education in schools across Kerala. Our efforts at setting up a Digital Learning Hub at the Sainik School Kazhakoottam has now borne fruit and we hope the students would benefit from this CSR programme of ours,” said Sunil Balakrishnan, Chief Values Officer and Global Head – Development Centre Operations, UST.
