This guide will give researchers an in-depth explanation of what Tesamorelin is, how it works, what its purported action may be, and where you can place orders online for the most affordable pricing at the highest quality. The main purpose of this guide is to assist researchers in lowering the costs associated with doing research using this reference material while simultaneously assisting them in ordering Tesamorelin of a high grade from a dependable provider.

Tesamorelin Peptide: What is it?

Tesamorelin, often referred to as “Tesamorelin acetate,” is a synthetic peptide counterpart of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that has been stabilized. It was produced by Theratechnologies, a firm based in Canada. Also known under its brand name “Egrifta,” this compound is mainly studied for its potential to promote the synthesis and release of growth hormone (GH) in research models of HIV.

General Information About Growth Hormone

The chemical composition of Tesamorelin is similar to that of GHRH, which the organism produces independently. Studies suggest that this hormone may function as a system component that might control the quantity of growth hormone (hGH) generated and released. For the organism to develop and mend internal tissues, hGH is considered to be very necessary. Cellular synthesis and repair tasks may involve a wide variety of processes. Although growth hormone appears to be (hGH) of utmost significance during development, it may also be significant to mature organisms as research posits that the amount of endogenously produced GH naturally decreases over time.

Tesamorelin Peptide and Growth Hormone

Related studies indicate that peptides known as growth hormone secretagogues (GHSs) may potentially act to induce hGH production. This is considered to be due to hypothesis that growth hormone secretagogues may upregulate the synthesis of hGH. They may potentially be just as effective as hGH and are believed to have fewer ancillary impacts or contraindications.

A good example of such a GH secretagogue is Tesamorelin. Investigations purport that Tesamorelin may trigger the same action as GHRH, namely an increase in growth hormone levels in circulation. This action has been suggested due to the peptide’s identical structure to GHRH and researchers suggest that it appears to bind to the same receptors as GHRH.

Tesamorelin Peptide Potential

A significant amount of research has been conducted on Tesamorelin, it is a compound often studied in the context of HIV-related lipodystrophy. The following are theorized properties that have been attached to the peptide:

  • Animal models infected with HIV appeared to have a larger muscular area and a lower percentage of fat in their muscles (adipose fat).
  • Following peptide exposure in animal models of HIV-related lipodystrophy, there seems to be a reduction in the amount of abdominal fat.
  • Findings imply that lipolysis, often known as fat burning, may be triggered in animal models of lipo-hypertrophy, particularly visceral adipose tissue (VAT).
  • After 20 weeks, researchers suggest the potential to raise levels of NAAG (N-acetylaspartylglutamate) and GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) and reduce levels of MI (myoinositol), an osmolyte that has been associated with Alzheimer’s disease, in animal models of moderate cognitive impairment.

It is important for researchers interested in studying with Tesamorelin to be aware that the sole purpose for which it is authorized is research. It has not been approved for human or animal consumption and should not be acquired or utilized by unlicensed individuals outside of laboratory environments. To this day, no clinical studies have been conducted on the potential of Tesamorelin in IRB approved trials.

Tesamorelin Peptide and CJC-1295 Peptide

From the point of view of research, Tesamorelin and CJC-1295 are two substances that make for an intriguing contrast. The following are the primary commonalities that exist between these two peptides:

  • Both of these substances are analogs of growth hormone-releasing hormones (GHRH);
  • Studies suggest that in both cases, GH secretion may be increased for extended periods;

The key distinction between these two peptides is that the study on Tesamorelin has been predominantly conducted on models of HIV. In contrast, the research on CJC-1295 was more significantly conducted on models of full physiological function. It was speculated that CJC-1295 “increases GH and IGF-I levels” in these models. These findings were derived from two randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, ascending-concentration research studies.

Tesamorelin Peptide

Many online sellers sell Tesamorelin, giving researchers various options on where to buy. That said, a word of caution: not all merchants are genuine. Many suppliers are not, and they may offer low-purity, or filler-supplemented peptides. Buy Tesamorelin peptide from Biotech peptides if you are a researcher interested in high-quality research compounds. On the Biotech Peptides website, you can also find educational articles about peptides, their work, and their possible properties in research settings.
