PATNA (India CSR): T-Hub, India’s leading innovation ecosystem, recently signed an MoU with the CIMP Business Incubation and Innovation Foundation (CIMP-BIIF) to collaborate and synergize efforts to boost the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bihar. The MoU signing took place during a two-day visit by the T-Hub team to attend a business conclave hosted by the Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP).
T-Hub team members Wg Cdr Anish Anthony and Saurabh Nitnaware were present during the signing ceremony, along with other dignitaries from CIMP and CIMP-BIIF. In his speech, Wg Cdr Anish Anthony expressed his excitement at the partnership and the opportunity to share T-Hub’s expertise and knowledge in building a vibrant startup ecosystem in Bihar.
MoU to Boost Bihar’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
The MoU signing between T-Hub and CIMP-BIIF is a significant development for Bihar’s startup ecosystem. During the T-Hub team’s visit, Wg Cdr Anish Anthony emphasized T-Hub’s role as an incubator, highlighting its 6Ms (Mentors, Market, Motivation, Manpower, Money, Methodologies) and 2Ps (Partnerships & Policy advisory) framework. He also emphasized the importance of innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship in driving growth in the fast-changing digital landscape of India.

During the MoU signing ceremony, Wg Cdr Anish Anthony, Chief Delivery Officer, T-hub, and Saurabh Nitnaware, Manager, Govt. Innovation programs, T-hub, were present alongside Prof. (Dr) Rana Singh, Director CIMP, Kumod Kumar, Chief Administrative Officer, CIMP, Prof. (Dr) Rajeev Verma, and other faculty members and staffs of CIMP BIIF. Wg Cdr Anish Anthony expressed excitement about partnering with CIMP BIIF in Bihar and shared T-Hub’s journey towards becoming the world’s largest and India’s best innovation and incubation ecosystem.
Prof. (Dr) Rana Singh expressed his gratitude towards the T-Hub team for extending immense support and collaboration. He said that this MoU is a remarkable one for the state of Bihar as it would be a great opportunity for CIMP BIIF to learn from the masters of this field, i.e., T-Hub. He added that they would try their best to replicate the T-Hub model of incubation in Bihar.

Student Face-to-Face Interaction Session, Entrepreneur Session, and Management Session
Apart from the MoU signing ceremony, the visit culminated in a series of events, including a student face-to-face interaction session, an entrepreneur session with incubated startups at B-hub, and a management session with faculty and staff members at CIMP and CIMP BIIF.
During the Face2Face interactive session organized for the students, Wg Cdr. Anish Anthony talked about the role of T-hub as an incubator and emphasized its 6Ms (Mentors, Market, Motivation, Manpower, Money, Methodologies) and 2Ps (Partnerships & Policy advisory) framework. He also highlighted the importance of the fast-changing digital landscape in India and the upcoming wave of growth that will ride on innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship.
During the Entrepreneurial Session at B-Hub, the T-Hub team interacted with the incubatee startups who displayed their products and services. The startups sought suggestions and solutions from the highly experienced T-Hub members.
