Bengaluru: Social Alpha, a multistage innovation curation and venture development platform for science and technology start-ups, will lead an exciting session on ways to leverage innovation and entrepreneurship for creating large-scale impact at the 12th CSR Leadership Summit, country’s leading CSR event, to be held at Ritz-Carlton, Bengaluru on December 10, 2021.
Titled “Leveraging Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Social and Environmental Impact,” the session will be moderated by Social Alpha Founder Manoj Kumar.
“It is time to be innovative and leverage the increasing entrepreneurial spirit in the country to create an impact, both in social and environmental space. The session will initiate conversations on ways to use these for large scale impact,” said Rusen Kumar, Founder, India CSR Network.
The session will be held during the 12th CSR Leadership Summit, country’s largest CSR and Sustainability event. The theme for this year’s summit is Resurgent India – Leapfrogging Development through Innovation & Entrepreneurship. The CSR flagship forum aims at deliberating on ways to leverage entrepreneurship and innovation to solve critical issues in Health, Education, Livelihoods and Environment space to make a Resurgent India.
The CSR Leadership Summit is expected to witness over 400 participants, 300-plus organisations, and 50-plus speakers from corporate, civil society, venture capital sector, start-ups, social enterprises, academia and media.
The Summit will also host the 10th CSR Leadership Awards, which will recognize and honour outstanding and innovative CSR, Sustainability and Social Enterprise Projects and thought leadership in India.
