Having held significant positions within the conglomerate since 1984, SNS, the current CEO and Managing Director, has been a pivotal figure in steering the multinational conglomerate through diverse ventures, ranging from engineering to technology. This transition marks a new chapter for both SNS and the L&T Group following the departure of the former chairman, AM Naik.

He pioneered the Ready Mix business in India and secured mandates to design and construct major international airports across the country. His extensive portfolio includes serving as Vice Chairman on the boards of LTIMindtree and L&T Technology Services, Chairmanship of L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited, and roles as Director and Chairperson of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd.
