MUMBAI: Sir Dr. Huz (Huzaifa Khorakiwala), CEO and Trustee, Wockhardt Foundation, & Founder, The World Peacekeepers Movement (TWPM) has been honored with Doctor of Philosophy, Honoris Causa for his TWPM initiative by Young Scientists University. This award marks the Seventh doctorate bestowed on Sir Dr. Huz.
Sir Dr. Huz received this honour for his outstanding contribution and commitment benefiting society at large. Through The World Peacekeepers Movement (TWPM), Sir Dr. Huz has brought together more than a million people together on an online platform sharing the same dream of world peace and better future.
TWPM signifies the world’s mass grass roots movement of peace through the creation of the world’s largest army – The World Peace Army. With 2 million Peacekeepers, the World Peace Army is the world’s 2nd largest army.
Commenting on the award, Sir Dr. Huz said, “It is a great honor to receive this degree. I would like to thank Young Scientists University, for this recognition and placing me in the honored ranks of its awardees.”
Sir Dr. Huz has in the past been bestowed with Knighthood from the Ecumenical Medical-Humanitarian Order, Knights of St. John of Jerusalem. He has also received an Honorarium Doctorate from the Indian Virtual University for Peace and Education for contribution to society; D.Litt (Doctor of Letters) from CIAC Global in affiliation with KEISIE International University, South Korea, and Doctor of Philosophy (Honoris Causa) from Commonwealth Vocational University, Kingdom of Tonga.
