RISHIKESH: SK Biswas, Director (Personnel), THDC India Limited on Monday handed over the 1 Mortuary Chair and 6 Bed Cum Chair to Ganga Prem Hospice, Raiwala Haridwar as a support to this noble cause.
This infrastructure Support to the hospital is provided by SEWA-THDC a Company Sponsored of THDCIL under the CSR Interventions.
Samita Biswas and HL Bharaj, Chief General Manager (S&E/Services) & President SEWA-THDC were also present on this occasion.
To promote Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Cleanliness Drive and an awareness Programme was also organized. Biswas also planted a sapling after the event.
Ganga Prem Hospice is a spiritually oriented Non Profit hospice for terminally ill cancer patients and provides medical, spiritual and emotional support to the patients and their family members.
SK Biswas while visiting the Ganga Prem Hospice appreciated their active involvement in this noble cause and said SEWA-THDC will try to find new avenues in which support can be extended to strengthen this intervention. THDCIL being a responsible Corporate Citizen is actively involved in the integrated development of its stakeholders around its area of operation.
