The Company invested Rs. 85.75 lakh towards CSR initiatives
GURUGRAM (India CSR): Saatvik Green Energy Limited, one of India’s leading solar PV module manufacturers, has released its first Sustainability Report for FY 2024–25, highlighting measurable progress on clean energy adoption, emissions reduction and responsible business practices. During the reporting year, the Company consumed 2,698 GJ of energy from renewable sources across its operations and avoided 544.75 tCO₂e of carbon emissions, underlining its commitment to low-carbon and energy-efficient manufacturing.
Titled “Powering Progress: Growing Together for a Greener Future”, the report has been prepared with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards 2021 and is aligned with SEBI’s Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) framework, the National Guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct (NGRBC) and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It covers the financial year 2024-25 and includes Saatvik Green Energy Limited and Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, based on an operational control approach.
Rs. 85.75 lakh towards CSR initiatives
Alongside its environmental performance, Saatvik continued to strengthen its social and governance practices during FY 2024–25. The Company invested Rs. 85.75 lakh towards CSR initiatives focused on healthcare, education and rural development in communities around its operating locations. Reflecting its strong people-first approach, Saatvik also recorded zero lost-time injuries (LTI) during the year and continued investments in employee capability building. The Company also strengthened its people and capability programmes, completing 11,282 training hours during the year.
All manufacturing facilities operated under internationally recognized management systems and are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, covering quality, environmental and occupational health and safety standards. During the year, Saatvik Green Energy Limited was also recognized as a Great Place to Work®, based on employee feedback.
Net-zero target by 2070

Looking ahead, Saatvik plans to further deepen ESG integration, strengthen engagement across its value chain and progressively expand the scope of sustainability disclosures to include value chain partners and product end-of-life impacts.
