Rajasthan has attracted around Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Rs. 350 crore last year, as reported by Times of India. It reports “Companies have spent close to Rs 350 crore under the corporate social responsibility programme last year and looking at the benefits, the government has expanded the area of scope for the activities which will be thrashed out in the corporate social responsibility summit set to be held on June 4, said Parsadi Lal Meena.”
Govt spent Rs 1,874 cr in drought-hit areas: The government has paid Rs 1,874 crore in 2018-19, including Rs 9,63 crore pending for the last four years, to the farmers in the drought-hit areas for agricultural purposes.
