ANGUL: Jindal Steel & Power Ltd (JSPL) has appointed Prashant Hota as its Odisha Head of Corporate Communication function. In his new role he will be responsible for state wide internal and external communication of JSPL including that at its units located at Angul, Barbil and Tensa.
Previously Vice President- CSR & Corporate Communications for Angul unit he will be operating from Bhubaneswar under the leadership of Subrat Ratho, JSPL’s Head of Odisha Business.
Mr. Hota joined JSPL, Angul unit in 2012 as Associate Vice-President and Head of CSR & Corporate Communication. Under his leadership, JSPL has won several awards for its innovative CSR programmes. He has rich experience of 32 years and worked with Govt. of India, Govt. of Odisha, NABARD, Prime Minister’s Programme and Vedanta Resources.
JSPL is one of the leading investor in Odisha, having interest in steel, mining and energy.
