NEW DELHI (India CSR): India CSR, a pioneering CSR media group, has announced CSR, Communication leader Pavan Kaushik as the jury chair who will be judging India Awards along with other members.
India CSR Awards will be presented this year, where in Corporates, changemakers and civil society organizations will be honored with India CSR Awards for their CSR good practices, innovation and initiatives. India Awards is established by India CSR, India’s largest Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility (CSR) media organisation. The India CSR Awards aim to recognise and reward excellence towards CSR good practices of businesses in India.
About Jury Chair
Pavan Kaushik, presently serving a real estate company as a Vice President and Head of Corporate Communication and PR. Earlier he was associated with Hindustan Zinc, a Vedanta Group Company for about 12 years as Vice President and Head of the Corporate Communication Department.
With a career spanning more than 30 years in central government and private sector in a leadership role in communication and PR, Pavan has a strong focus on business development, brand building, leadership branding, business and CSR promotion and innovative communication.
Pavan Kaushik authored his first book, ‘Me Within Myself’, in 2006, which was on motivation and counselling. His book “We All Have Zinc In Our Lives” will be out soon.
A strong advocate for child care and women empowerment, he initiated campaigns like ‘Khushi’ on child nutrition and ‘Sakhi’ on economic empowerment of rural women and ‘Be Safe Zindagi’ on road safety campaign.
Pavan led Corporate Communication function in larger corporation including Vedanta Group, Hindustan Zinc, DS Group, National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), M/O Information & Broadcasting, M/O Rural Development. Pavan has worked on various Govt’s flagship campaigns like – New Economic Policy, Pulse Polio, 50 Years of India’s Independence, Union Budget, Financial Results, Zinc in Lives, Silver Shining, Girl Child Education, National Integration, Road Safety, Women Empowerment.
