NEW DELHI (India CSR): Oratrics, a globally acclaimed educational training platform operating in over 15+ countries, has launched a new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative in Uttar Pradesh. The programme aims to strengthen spoken English, articulation, and confidence among school students. It is being rolled out in schools across Lucknow. Oratrics is a global education platform focused on communication, leadership, and future skills.
Uttar Pradesh has one of India’s largest education systems. Enrolment and infrastructure have improved in recent years. However, many students still lack regular platforms to practise spoken English and communication. This initiative is designed to bridge that gap.
The CSR programme is integrated into regular classroom activities. It does not change academic instruction. Instead, it adds structured communication practice to daily routines.
Key activities include:
- Spoken English practice and articulation exercises
- Storytelling and vocabulary development
- Group discussions, debates, and presentations
- Confidence-building activities focused on self-expression
In addition to classroom sessions, students will take part in inter-school debates and speaking forums. They will also engage in moderated virtual exchanges with peers from over 20 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. These activities allow students to practise communication in diverse settings. They also broaden students’ global perspectives.

“Communication builds confidence. It gives students the voice to express ideas and engage in opportunities,” said Samad Shoeb, Co-Founder and CEO of Oratrics. “This initiative creates structured spaces for students to speak regularly within their schools.”
Educators involved in the programme have reported improved student participation, higher confidence during presentations, and stronger engagement in spoken English activities. The CSR initiative is implemented in collaboration with schools, teachers, and community stakeholders.
Oratrics plans to expand this collaborative model to more schools in Uttar Pradesh and other regions. The organisation aims to partner with institutions that prioritise communication readiness and holistic student development.
