Sipat Super Thermal Power Station has started the 3rd batch of One year Diploma in Computer Application for the un-employed rural youths for their self employment on 20th Sep. 2014.
Inaugurating the training programme Executive Director, NTPC-Sipat, V B Fadnavis said “All round development of affected villages has been the priority of NTPC. Apart from other developmental activities, now NTPC-Sipat is working for skill development of the unemployed rural youth by industry and market oriented computer training programme.There are immense employ potential in the Information Technology sector only you have to find your ability and try to achieve success.”
NTPC is here to help you free of cost and you should take the advantage of this course and make yourself self employed.”Inviting all the trainees Head of Human Resources, D K Patel, lauded NTPC-Sipat’s initiative to make the rural unemployed youth with market oriented self employment training programme.
The training programme consisting of30 boys and 30 girls from affected villages will be trained by professional trainer for next one year and after successful completion they will be awarded the computer degree by Maharshi University of Management Technology, Mangla, Bilaspur. During the year long training programme it will also be tried to groom them with developing their English knowledge by spoken English camps and personality development camp by professionals.So far 60 students of 1st batch have been trained and successfully completed the course.
The 2nd batch is going to be completed by December 2014 by NTPC-Sipat.
