With forward-thinking policies on Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI), social media, and sustainability, the institution continues to set the standard for promoting innovation, accountability, and environmental stewardship.
The Generative AI User Guidelines and Policy allow students, educators, and administrators to ethically use AI’s transformational potential. The principles emphasise ethical use, academic integrity, data protection, and informed AI tool deployment. This dynamic strategy keeps NMIMS Bengaluru at the forefront of ethical AI integration, positioning the community for leadership in a constantly changing digital world.
Dr. Narayani Ramachandran, Director, and Professor at NMIMS Bengaluru, emphasised the university’s comprehensive approach: “AI is increasingly becoming an integral part of our lives. At NMIMS, we are constructing a future in which technology is perfectly blended with responsibility to create a better future built on a strong foundation of human values. These policies are carefully crafted to cater to critical areas such as data privacy, ethical use of AI, and new-age mediums.
