NEW DELHI (India CSR): Collaborating with Gurukshetra Consultancy as an innovative partner, the India CSR Network, for the first time, is organizing the “National House Journal Awards 2024”. The award would recognize the efforts of the Corporate Communication & PR teams, operating in government bodies and the corporate sector, for carving and producing the most innovative and most informative internal communication tool – the House Journal.

Rusen Kumar, the Founder of India CSR Network said, “For a long India CSR has been in discussion with Pavan Kaushik, the Founder and Director at Gurukshetra Consultancy, to facilitate the corporate communication and PR teams, across the public and corporate sector, for curating and producing House Journals. Finally, the award has taken shape and we are quite pleased to have launched this award. Pavan Kaushik is a well-known author and storyteller and is a veteran in the corporate communication profession. He has mentored several budding communication professionals and has to his credit brought out more than 100 House Journals, Annual Reports and Corporate Brochures, etc. – both at the government and corporate sector.”

“The House Journal is the most important communication tool for building trust & belongingness, aligning the organization’s vision and dissemination of information to internal stakeholders. It is the most effective tool that acts as a bridge between internal stakeholders and management. Many organizations are circulating House Journals to external stakeholders as well, which is a very good practice – as it adds to transparency and also builds brand image. Every aspect of hard-work while bringing out a House Journal would be assessed during this award.
