MUMBAI: The new Companies Act 2013, has made it mandatory for companies to be socially responsible by introducing the ‘corporate social responsibility’ (CSR) regime. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) issued the CSR Rules, 2014, to implement this legislative mandate, which came into effect on April 1, 2014.

Speaker on various International and National rostrums, Manjula has represented Indian woman in countries like Japan and United Kingdom.

Ltd. is having about 22 years of experience in the field of streamlining of secretarial and legal department and compliance of laws applicable to various industries. Currently he is advising on formulation of policies for CSR to the Companies and Compliances of new Companies Act, 2013. He has been involved in Preparation of Scheme for revival and restructuring of BIFR Companies, Fund raising thru Syndication of Loans from Banks/Financial Institutions, IPO, FCCB, Pvt.
