Guntur/Andhra Pradesh – Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd’s (HMSI) has launched a road safety awareness initiative in Andhra Pradesh’s Guntur district, it said in a media release.
The three day programme – National Road Safety Awareness – sensitised over 2,000 college students of Chalapathi Institute of Technology, the release said.
Honda 2Wheelers India has educated over 100,000 students in 60 cities on road safety in last seven months.
“As a responsible corporate, Honda 2Wheelers India is actively educating society on road safety since 2001,” Prabhu Nagaraj, Vice President – Brand & Communication- at HMSI said.
“By imparting ‘Right knowledge at Right age’, Honda is creating a road safety mindset in children from young age and build a safer India on roads tomorrow,” he added.
