MUMBAI: The 6th edition of EMCO Foundation’s Project Parivartan Convocation program was held at Gadkari Rangyatan, on 21st Feb 2014. Parivartan is an personality development program conducted for TMC students to bring about change in the life of students.
This year Ms Swati Salunkhe (MD, Growth India Pvt. Ltd) was the Chief Guest of Honor. Ms. Swati Salunkhe shared few of her real life experiences to motivate the TMC students and told to keep never give up attitude till the time you don’t achieve the objective. She also encouraged students to work hard in life.
In today’s scenario companies are looking for raw talent and the project parivartan is designed taking into consideration various factors to give the municipal school students a battle chance against all odds.
The topics covered in the project are development of self esteem, Communication skills, Habits, Time management, Goal setting, reading and writing, presentation skills etc.
The parivartan project is conducted in 13 TMC schools, 3 JMC schools (Jalgaon Muncipal Corporation) and in Maharana Pratap School of Jalgaon.
Parivartan, a year long program which was conducted for the student of 8th 9th and 10th municipal students and this convocation program gave them a platform to share there experiences and learnings in front of more than 500 audience.
The anchoring of the program was done by the TMC students and various cultural programs were organised and performed by them.
The program was performed in presence of TMC staff, Volunteers, Trainers, Teachers, Parents etc. Parivartan, a change was seen in the TMC students and this unique EMCO program was appreciated by all.
