Dr. Payal Kanodia is a Trustee of the M3M Foundation and a Director at the M3M Group, where she plays a vital role in the operation of her family’s business. She holds a Grand Doctor of Philosophy degree from the International University of Fundamental Studies in St. Petersburg, Russia, and is a Diplomatic member of CDI. She also studied entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School in Boston.

Payal is also a accomplished athlete, having won a Silver Medal in the International Kettlebell Lifting World Championship. She is a member of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain, English Heritage in the UK, and the Royal Society of St. George in England.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she partnered with the Haryana government to provide food and health services to over 200,000 people in need. She also dedicates much of her time to the education of children of construction workers.

Payal has been honored with the prestigious Karmaveer Chakra Gold Award and the Karmaveer Global Fellowship, instituted by #iCONGO in partnership with the United Nations, for her exceptional contributions to society.

Payal believes that companies should have a strong focus on philanthropy through their foundations, but that everyone must work together for the betterment of society and the nation.
