NEW DELHI/MATHURA: Dr. Rana Singh, Ph.D., a veteran academician with global recognition, has joined Sanskriti University, Mathura as Vice Chancellor.
Dr. Rana Singh said that he would strive to ensure that the Sanskriti University shall continue to meet the international standards in academics, research and allied areas and he would focus on garnering maximum research projects so as to enable the university in accomplishing the envisioned goals.
The University shall extend its eco-system to provide a conducive environment to facilitate the young minds to unleash their potential, and aspirations to transform them into corporate ready professionals in their chosen career areas.

Dr Rana Singh is an MBA (Gold Medalist) with specialization in Finance and a Ph.D. in Management. He has over 20 years of experience in academics, research, consulting, training, academic planning and administration including setting up and promoting private university and technical institutions approved by regulatory bodies on turnkey basis.
He has been instrumental in initiating and developing innovative programmes at various institutions / universities he served. He has published various papers in the international journals and conference proceedings and has been a recipient of many academic awards.
Dr. Rana Singh has been in leadership role at reputed globally competitive University/higher education and management education organizations like Army Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida; University of Jazeera, Dubai, UAE; Gulf Medical University, Ajman, UAE; Emirates Institute of Banking and Financial Studies, UAE (Sharjah, Dubai & Abu Dhabi); and AURO University of Hospitality and Management.
Earlier, he served as Director -Army Institute of Management & Technology Greater Noida, UP. Formerly, he worked as Director -Institutional Effectivess (Quality Assurance), University of Jazeera, Dubai, UAE; Assistant Director-Institutional Research and Planning at Gulf Medical University, Ajman, UAE; Sr. Faculty Member, Trainer- Banking, Finance and Insurance, UAE, Emirates Institute of Banking and Financial Studies, UAE (Sharjah, Dubai & Abu Dhabi) and Professor in Management and Assistant Dean, AURO University of Hospitality and Management, Surat.
