Before or on a date that will shortly get announced, candidates must submit their certifying degree to the director and joint director of a designated college

When it comes to obtaining a Design degree in India, NIFTs are the most prominent colleges. There are 18 NIFTs in all, spread throughout India. For admission to the numerous undergraduate and graduate Design programmes offered at various campuses, candidates typically need to pass the NIFT Entrance Exam.

However, before presenting the NIFT enrolling form, prying nominees must satisfy the qualifying conditions. Then the NIFT Admissions Test for U.G. and P.G. programmes will take place. A written test also commences for applicants to various U.G. and P.G. programmes in fashion & technology across India. You have to win the documented test to earn your seat. If browsing this editorial to know the NIFT courses, read below about them. But before that, collect every data about NIFT!

Eligibility to appear in the NIFT exams

An applicant must meet a few fundamental qualifying requirements before submitting the application form, according to NIFT. The categories for these criteria are as follows:

According to academic qualifications

  • When applying for admission or receiving counselling, a candidate who is in their final year of high school, their final year of college, or their final year of a diploma must meet the following requirements in order to be admitted:
  • Attestation in a non-judicial prescribed format costing Rs. 10 in the stipulated Proforma, properly signed by the legal guardian, is required for candidates under the age of 18. Submission of a forged document is illegal and punished.
  • Before or on a date that will shortly get announced, candidates must submit their certifying degree to the director and joint director of a designated college.
  • A candidate’s admission will be deemed invalid if they do not present their necessary degree just at the time of application.
  • If applicants request provisional admission and their exam results have not yet been released, they must present the necessary documentation indicating they passed the test.
  • The date sheet, admit card, or principal’s certificate must be brought by candidates applying for provisional admission as proof of exam attendance. The same holds for applicants who took the compartment/supplementary test during their last year of high school or their diploma programme.
  • Candidates who request temporary admittance will only be considered if the organisation or university has not yet announced their examination results.

NIFT courses and their eligibility
