NOIDA (India CSR): Spark Minda Foundation (SMF), the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of leading automotive technology solutions provider Spark Minda Group, organized an 8-day Mega Camp for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) at its headquarters in Noida, Uttar Pradesh from 18th to 25th March 2026.
The camp successfully provided multifaceted support to over 6000 PwDs, offering assistive aids such as artificial limbs, orthotic devices, walkers, crutches, hand sticks, visual and hearing aid along with assistance in UDID registration, skilling, employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Launched in 2015, SMF’s flagship initiative, Saksham has empowered more than 38000 Persons with Disabilities to date in different part of the country. The initiative has also enabled employment opportunities for over 1300 PwDs across the Spark Minda Group in last few years. Over the last decade, the Group has organised similar camps across Indonesia, Vietnam, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra and Jammu & Kashmir.
By 2030, Spark Minda Foundation aims to impact more than 50,000 PwDs through its Saksham – Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Programme.

Spark Minda has also partnered with organizations such as Jaipur Foot, Skill Council for Person with Disabilities, National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation, ALIMCO and CII- Indian Business and Disability Network including state and Center government collaboration to maximise the benefits and ensure comprehensive support for PwDs.
Spark Minda was honoured with National Award for Persons with Disabilities, 2024 (Best Employer for Persons with Disabilities) by Honourable President of India.
