NEW DELHI: Radico Khaitan Limited, one of the largest spirits companies in India, has contributed Rs. 51 Lacs towards Uttar Pradesh CSR initiative of Swachh Bharat Mission today.
The Honorable Chairman of Radico Khaitan Limited, Lalit Khaitan was a part of the Uttar Pradesh Corporate Social Responsibility Conclave 2018, hosted by Uttar Pradesh Government at Lok Bhawan in Lucknow recently. The conclave was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath and the cheque of Rs. 51 Lacs was handed over in person by Khaitan to the Chief Minister.
“The objectives of Radico Khaitan Limited’s ongoing CSR programmes are aligned to Swachh Bharat Mission and it is our commitment to help provide sanitation facilities accessible for everyone, said Lalit Khaitan, Chairman, Radico Khaitan Limited. This contribution will be utilized in building 425 toilets in Rampur district, ” he added in an official statement.
