Bringing Smiles, the CSR program of Brillio, a leading global digital consulting and technology services company, announced the winners of a unique program called ‘Miss Maker & Master Maker’.
The competition was judged by Abhishek Ranjan, Director- Sustainability, Brillio.
Kicked-off in the beginning of 2019, the theme of the ‘Miss Maker & Master Maker’ program was ‘Robotics’. More than 200 participating students were trained and coached through the year by 50 Brillio volunteers in new-age technologies.
The students developed innovative science models such as, ONE Dollar VR Headset, Smart Waste Disposal System, Smart Water Management System, Eco-friendly Street Lighting, Vacuum Cleaners, and many more, using eco-friendly, and waste materials.
Gauram Ma and Jayashree from GMPS Seegehalli were named Miss Maker 2020 while Lakshinarsimhas and Vikas from GHPS Challaghatta were named Master Maker 2020. The winners received a Gold Medal and Trophy, along with a certificate of honor.
The program provides a unique platform for the government school students to showcase skills like Design Thinking, Coding and Robotics expertise. The aim of this program is to nurture the imaginations of young people and democratize the ideas of innovation and entrepreneurship.
