Introduction
The CSM® Syllabus emphasizes math and literary abilities, as well as critical thinking skills. The CSM® course’s goal is to educate you on the principles of Scrum methodologies and provide you with the intellectual tools you’ll need to put Scrum into practice. Aspirants must complete the CSM® Course in order to be eligible for the CSM® Certificate. The CSM® Syllabus encompasses the most important workforce and dynamic talents for instructional and proficient success – math and literary abilities, critical thinking abilities, active learning, and mental development skills such as determination, conviction, and meticulousness. The curriculum for our CSM® course is designed for both new and seasoned project managers. The Certified Scrum Master® Syllabus begins with the fundamentals and progresses through advanced Scrum topics.
Fundamentals
The Certified Scrum Master® course covers the fundamentals of Scrum and Agile. It covers the Agile Manifesto’s four values and twelve principles, as well as the five Scrum Foundations values. Introduction to Lean, Agile, and Scrum, Agile Coaching, Agile Facilitation, Service to the Development Team, Service to the Organization, Service to the Product Owner, and Scrum Mastery are the seven Scrum and Agile objectives.
CSM® Certification Syllabus overview
CSM® candidates must complete mandatory CSM® training with mentors and pass an online test to be certified.

Terms and basic concepts
The core ideas and widely used terms will be covered in the Certified Scrum Master® course program. Poker Planning, Backlog, Kanban, Stand up / Daily Meeting, Burndown chart, and other Scrum words are widely used terminologies that every Scrum Master should focus on learning in detail for the certification course.
Roles
There are 3 roles for the implementation of Scrum.
Individuals often take on three roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Scrum Team. Product backlog, sprint backlog, and product increment are the three objects that make up the product backlog. It also includes four important meetings: a daily stand-up meeting, a sprint planning meeting, a sprint review meeting, and a retrospective meeting. Candidates will be taught important parts of Scrum as well as focus principles.
