As India is fighting against the second wave of the pandemic, as a responsible corporate, PepsiCo Foundation recently announced a series of initiatives that the company has undertaken in Haryana to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and help the communities in need.
This is being done in partnership with Sustainable Environment and Ecological Development Society (SEEDS).
As part of the same initiative, PepsiCo Foundation has provided 10 oxygen concentrators to Haryana today with an aim to support the state’s on-ground medical requirements.
The PepsiCo India handed over the oxygen concentrators to the Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar earlier.
In addition, PepsiCo India, as part of its continued efforts to combat COVID-19 pandemic, has also undertaken initiatives over the past one year for the welfare of the people of Gurugram.
It has partnered with Gurugram police to create awareness on COVID-19 guidelines and increase mask compliance in the city. The foundation also distributed hygiene kits to the sanitation workers in Gurugram’s Mini Secretariat and Government hospitals to ensure their well-being and safety.
