MUMBAI (India CSR) — Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has received a clean corporate governance certification for FY 2024–25, confirming that none of its directors have been debarred or disqualified by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), or any other statutory authority.
The certificate, issued by Dr. K.R. Chandratre, Fellow Company Secretary (FCS No. 1370), was prepared in accordance with Regulation 34(3) read with Schedule V Para-C Clause 10(i) of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
According to the verification — which included examination of registers, records, returns, and disclosures, as well as cross-checking Director Identification Number (DIN) status on the MCA portal — the 14-member RIL board meets all regulatory eligibility criteria.
