CitiusTech aims to create measurable impact through CSR and employee well-being programs.
BENGALURU (India CSR): CitiusTech, a leading healthcare technology solutions provider, has announced its participation in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. The move underscores the company’s commitment to ethical business practices, sustainable development, and purpose-driven healthcare innovation.
By embedding the UNGC’s 10 principles across its operations, CitiusTech aims to create measurable impact through CSR and employee well-being programs. Its initiatives include mobile health units in underserved regions, STEM education for marginalized youth, afforestation drives, clean energy adoption, and inclusive hiring. These efforts support multiple UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) including health, education, climate action, and equality.
“At CitiusTech, we believe technology is a powerful force for equity, health, and sustainability,” said Punam Shejale, CISO and Head of CSR & Sustainability, CitiusTech. “Joining the UN Global Compact is a natural step for us as our mission to catalyze healthier lives aligns with the UNSDGs.”
