The report features contact centre infrastructure (CCI) vendors with multi-channel capabilities to develop omnichannel solutions, integrating them also via cloud delivery model.

The vendors mentioned in the Gartner’s Magic Quadrant have proven expertise in providing a complete portfolio of services and strong product functionalities. The report highlights the companies who have their own suite of products and have proven to be most preferred vendors by customers.
