The continued support and investment in tech-enabled skilling of youth in Industry 4.0 technologies will empower and inspire the youth
NEW DELHI: Nidhi Bhasin, CEO of NASSCOM Foundation, has lauded the recent budget presented in India for its efforts in boosting the economy. Bhasin has emphasized the focus on the MSME sector and the mobilization of resources, which is aimed at creating better livelihoods and entrepreneurship opportunities for women from marginalized communities.
According to Bhasin, the government’s focus on building a strong artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem and training skilled AI professionals will provide new businesses with access to the right talent. She believes that the continued support and investment in tech-enabled skilling of youth in Industry 4.0 technologies will empower and inspire the youth, particularly from tier 2 and 3 cities, to become future-ready and employable.
In her words, “Such initiatives are a step in the right direction to boost economic growth in India”. Bhasin believes that the budget presented has laid the foundation for a more technologically advanced and economically prosperous future for India.
